Seriously, everything I've ever made out of there has turned out delicious (my favorites are the Yakisoba Chicken Salad and the Green Beans Provencal). It was a graduation gift from my dear Aunt and Uncle. I don't get to use it as often as I'd like since the recipes usually take some time and ingredients that I don't have lying around the house, but when I do, MAN. IT'S GOOD.
So this year I decided to go with the Rosemary, Thyme, and Citrus Chicken (my name for it, not theirs) and Green Beans Provencal. It was delicious! I also made Sandy's Pecans from the cookbook and Pan de Queijo Tradicional (amazing gluten-free, Brazilian cheesy biscuits).

Only the finest yellowtail wines.

Look at that presentation!

Boslow really wanted a taste too.

I really enjoyed that fine Yellowtail wine.
So now, Thanksgiving is over. And sadly, my four day weekend is almost over. But, now I can start decorating for Christmas! I've never decorated this early. My mom usually doesn't get out the tree until a few weeks before Christmas, but not me. Nuh uh. No way. I'm going to enjoy an entire month of Christmas decor.
I've got big plans.
Paper chains
Snowflakes
Lights
Felt Christmas Trees
A Wreath!
Plus, the best Christmas decoration of all. Santa Boz!

Doesn't he look jolly?
Ho Ho Ho.
Amy
